Product description
Cored wire is to break various additives (deoxidizer, desulfurizer, modifier, alloy, etc.) to be added into the molten steel or molten iron into a certain particle size, and then use cold rolled low carbon steel strip to include it as a composite material of any length.

Size and Package
Φ13mm; the inner packaging is packed in plastic film and the outer packaging is equipped with the steel cage, one coil for one steel cage.

Performance and Features
1. It is beneficial to adjust and control the content of easily oxidizable elements and trace elements to greatly improve the alloy yield, reduce the smelting cost, shorten the smelting time, and accurately control the composition.
2. It plays the role of pure molten steel and partly changes the nature and shape of inclusions, improving the quality of molten steel and improving the casting state.
3. It is divided into internally drawn and external. The mechanical equipment required for feeding the wire is simple and reliable, and the area is small. Especially the internally drawn cored wire is more suitable for use in narrow places.
Applications
1. High magnesium nodulant cored wire is mainly used in spheroidal graphite foundries and cast iron plants. It is used as nodulant in the casting process to save costs in furnace production;
2. Silicon calcium cored wire is an additive in steel making, which is helpful to adjust and control the content of easily oxidized elements and trace elements to greatly improve the alloy yield, reduce the smelting cost, shorten the smelting time, and precise control ingredient. In the steel-making process, the rational use of silicon-calcium cored wire can play the role of pure molten steel and partly change the nature and shape of inclusions, improve the quality of molten steel, and improve the casting state.
