Product description
RE ferrosilicon is alloys made of ferrosilicon, rare earth, calcium, pig iron, or scrap steel, which are melted according to a certain proportion of ingredients at high temperatures. The production is carried out in an ore-heating furnace, which consumes a large amount of electricity and can also use an intermediate frequency furnace.

Performance and Features
It adopts a "one-step method" production process and secondary thin casting, which has the characteristics of high Si, high Re recovery rate, thrust resistance, and easy adjustment of effective elements. The product is densely organized, the chemical composition is uniform and stable, and the appearance is silver-gray, with a metallic luster, hard and fragile.
Applications
1. It is used for cast steel and cast iron with strong deoxidation and desulfurization effects;
2. It is the basic material for producing nodularizer, vermiculizer and inoculant;
3. It is used as the additive and alloying agent in the production of steel and iron.
