Vermiculizer
Product description
Vermiculizer is an additive that is added to molten iron to obtain a vermicular graphite structure. At present, composite alloy vermiculizer containing multiple elements are widely used. Commonly used are rare earth-silicon-calcium, rare earth-magnesium-titanium, rare earth-magnesium alloys.

Please note that the chemical composition, size and packaging of the above products can be customized according to customers' requirements.
Performance and Features
1. Whatever the high-sulfur molten iron, stable graphite cast iron can be easily manufactured;
2. It suitable for any castings with different wall thicknesses, it can also be treated with proper vermicularizing;
3. It can be adapted to process vermicular graphite cast iron in the mold;
4. Due to the small addition amount, the production of vermicular graphite cast iron can save costs.
Cautions
The key to the production of vermicular graphite cast iron is that the original molten iron is low in sulfur and has a small content stability control range. The same casting has different creep ratio with different wall thicknesses. The amount of vermicular alloy added is determined by the wall thickness of the casting and the sulfur content of the original molten iron.
